In AGAP: they enter the license plate or VIN, make, model and color, new or used, the program and the pick-up and handover location. You can also reach us by phone or WhatsApp at +49 178 1320108.

Who approves changes and urgent orders?

If our team changes something in an order, your salespeople approve the change. Urgent orders from your salespeople are approved by our team. There are no automatic approvals, so every decision stays traceable.

Do you collect the vehicles from the dealership?

Yes, by arrangement we pick vehicles up and bring them back. The pick-up and handover location is part of every order, so everyone involved knows where the vehicle will be handed over.

What does preparation for car dealers cost?

Business customers receive an individual offer based on programs, vehicle volume and workflows. AGAP is included free of charge, along with a personal onboarding by our IT team.
