Can every stain be removed?

Not always. Whether a stain disappears completely depends on the material, the age of the stain and any earlier cleaning attempts. We tell you honestly beforehand what is realistic.

How much does special cleaning cost?

The effort varies a lot. That is why we give you the price after an inspection at our headquarters or based on photos, and agree it with you before we start.

What should I do before I come?

Blot liquids gently instead of rubbing, avoid aggressive home remedies and air the car well. Then book an appointment as soon as you can.

Can you pick up the car?

Yes, by arrangement and subject to availability we collect your car for a distance-based flat fee and bring it back.
