Frequently asked questions
Can I pay by card?
Yes, you can pay by card. Cash is accepted as well.
Can I collect my car on the same day?
Yes, for many detailing jobs you can collect your car on the same day. We agree the drop-off and pick-up times with you when booking.
For services with longer working or curing times, such as a ceramic coating, we plan in more time accordingly.
Are the seats dry when I collect the car after an intensive interior cleaning?
Yes. Drying is part of our detailing. If you leave your car with us for a full working day, we clean and dry the seats and upholstery within that time.
You get your car back dry and do not have to leave it to dry at home afterwards.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Our lead time is usually one to two days. In urgent cases, same-day detailing is also possible after a quick chat.
Call us or message us on WhatsApp. We will discuss what needs doing and how we can fit your car in at short notice.
Can I wait on site during the detailing?
Yes. We are located in a car dealership and share its waiting area. Seating, water, coffee and toilets are available there.
If you would rather use the time elsewhere, nearby you will find ALDI, a BAUHAUS with a bakery and an Italian restaurant, among others. In good weather a walk is a nice option too.
Whether waiting makes sense for the service you choose is something we discuss when booking.
Do I need to clear out my car beforehand?
It makes our work easier if you take out personal items beforehand. If you do not have time for that, we will do it for you.
We collect your belongings neatly in a box or bag and put them in the boot. Small valuables we find, such as jewellery or loose change, are packed separately so you can find everything again.
Are the listed prices fixed?
Our published prices are starting prices including VAT. The actual effort depends on the size, condition and soiling of the vehicle, among other things.
If additional services or surcharges are needed, we discuss them with you before we start.
Can you pick up my car and bring it back?
Yes, by arrangement and subject to availability, we offer a pick-up and return service within 30 km.
Pick-up and return together cost from €39 including VAT, depending on the distance. It is based on the one-way road distance from our headquarters. We agree the exact flat fee with you in advance. Longer distances are possible on request.
How long should I avoid washing my car after a ceramic coating?
After a ceramic coating, please do not wash your car for nine days from handover.
We apply the coating at a room temperature of around 23 °C and then let it cure with us for 48 hours. At handover we explain how to care for your car properly afterwards.
Can you also handle repairs, for example before returning a leased car?
Yes. We work with a body shop and paint specialist, so alongside the detailing we can also take care of suitable repairs.
