Everything you need to place orders

  • Digital orders

    Plate or VIN, make, model and colour, new or used, programme, customer, pick-up and handover location, order date and completion in a single order.

  • Live status

    See which processing step a vehicle is in. The live status shows the processing state, not a GPS location.

  • History with timestamps

    Every step is recorded with date and time, including interruptions.

  • Chat with attachments

    Questions are settled right on the order, and files and photos can be attached.

  • Email notifications

    You are notified when orders are changed, vehicles are completed or orders are cancelled.

  • Before and after photos

    Photos from before and after detailing can be stored with every order.

  • Order overview with filters

    Search and filter by vehicle ID, customer, status and completion period.

  • Calendar

    Orders in a day, week or month view. Scheduling is done by our team, not automatically.

    The QR code on the printed order opens the digital order. Login and permissions still apply.

Questions about AGAP

What does AGAP cost?

AGAP is included for our business customers. Personal onboarding by our IT team is free as well.

Does AGAP show where a vehicle is right now?

No. The live status shows the processing step, for example "Cleaning in progress". There is no GPS tracking.

Are changes applied automatically?

No. Your staff approve changes made by our team, and our team confirms urgent orders from sales. There are no automatic approvals.

Can anyone open an order with the QR code?

The QR code opens the digital order, but login and permissions still apply. Without access, no order data is visible.

Is AGAP meant for private customers too?

AGAP is designed for our business customers. Private customers can reach us most easily by phone, on WhatsApp or through the request form.
