    Loosening and vacuuming

    We work surface by surface: brushing, blowing out, vacuuming and repeating where needed.

    Check and handover

    We check the surfaces in good light and hand the vehicle back at our headquarters in Mainz-Kastel or via our pick-up and return service.

Good to know

  • Very fine, matted hair, for example in needle-felt carpets, cannot always be removed completely. We tell you beforehand what is realistic.
  • Removing the hair does not automatically remove animal odor. For that, we also offer upholstery cleaning or odor treatment.

Questions about animal hair removal

Why can't I get pet hair out with my vacuum cleaner?

Pet hair is fine, often statically charged and gets worked into carpet and seat fibers by friction. A vacuum cleaner only picks up loose hair. We loosen the hair mechanically with brushes first and then vacuum it up.

How long does pet hair removal take?

That depends on the amount of hair, the materials and the size of the vehicle. After an inspection or based on your photos, we can give you an estimate.

Can I combine pet hair removal with interior cleaning?

Yes, that is possible and often makes sense, so that plastics, windows and upholstery are taken care of as well. Just mention it when you get in touch.

How can I keep hair from building up so much?

A protective blanket or trunk liner for your pet and regular vacuuming help a lot. That way the hair does not work its way so deep into the fibers.
