Warranty terms
- The warranty lasts 12 months.
- In a warranty case, we coat your car again.
- Aggressive cleaning products must not be used.
- Accident damage and damage from corrosive chemicals are excluded.
- The possible protection period of up to 36 months is not a warranty commitment.
Care recommendations
- Please do not wash your car for nine days after handover.
- After that, hand washing is best. Automatic car washes can wear the coating down faster.
- At handover we explain how to care for your car properly.

From consultation to handover
- 1ConsultationWe talk about your car, how you use it and what you expect from paint protection.
- 2Paint check and quoteAfter a look at the paint, in person or from photos, you get a price that includes the preparation needed.
- 3Preparation and coatingWe clean, polish where needed, degrease and apply the coating. It then needs time to cure.

How long does the ceramic coating last?
Up to 36 months. How long the protection lasts in your case depends on the product used, how the car is driven and how it is cared for. We explain what you can realistically expect when we talk.
The protection period is not a warranty commitment. What the warranty covers is set out in the associated warranty terms.
Does the paint need polishing first?
Usually yes, because the coating locks in whatever is underneath. Scratches and swirls should be removed as far as possible beforehand. We see how much preparation is needed when we inspect the paint.
How long does my car stay with you?
That mainly depends on the preparation needed, for example whether the paint has to be polished first. After application, the coating cures with us for 48 hours at a room temperature of around 23 °C.
We agree the exact drop-off and pick-up times with you when booking.
When can I wash my car again?
Please do not wash your car for nine days after handover.
After that, hand washing with a pH-neutral shampoo is best. Automatic car washes can wear the coating down faster, and aggressive cleaning products must not be used. At handover we explain how to care for your car properly.
What does the warranty cover?
With your ceramic coating you receive a certificate and a 12-month warranty. In a warranty case, we coat your car again.
The condition is that no aggressive cleaning products are used. Accident damage and damage from corrosive chemicals are excluded. The possible protection period of up to 36 months is not a promise of a 36-month warranty.
Does the coating protect against scratches and stone chips?
Yes, against light scratches and small stone chips. The ceramic coating forms a hard, protective layer on the paint. Fine scratches, for example from washing, and small stone chips hit this layer first instead of the paint itself.
At the same time it protects against environmental influences such as bird droppings, tree sap, insects and UV light. It does not replace paint protection film against deep scratches or heavy stone chips. At handover we explain how to keep the protection for a long time.
How much does the ceramic coating cost?
The price depends on the condition of the paint, the preparation needed and the size of the car. That is why we look at your car in person or from photos and prepare a personal quote for you.
We agree the price and any preparation needed with you before we start. We only begin once you agree.
How is it different from wax?
Wax sits on top of the paint and needs renewing more often. A ceramic coating bonds more closely with the surface and is generally more resistant. We work out together what makes sense for you.
