Additional work such as paint or odor treatment is agreed beforehand and approved by you. You decide on the scope.

Processing status and a timestamped history are visible in AGAP. Your schedulers can plan remarketing without having to ask.

FAQ
Questions about leasing companies
Does preparation replace the return appraisal?
No. The official return appraisal is not affected. We prepare the vehicle so that it is appraised in well-kept condition.
How is the condition of the vehicles documented?
Before and after photos are stored in AGAP for every order, together with a timestamped history. The photos document our work, but they are not an appraisal.
Can you collect vehicles from different locations?
By arrangement, we pick vehicles up and hand them over at the agreed location. The pick-up and handover location is recorded in every order.
Can English-speaking staff work with AGAP?
Yes. The AGAP interface is available in German and English. Orders are entered directly in AGAP, and during the free onboarding our IT team shows your staff every feature.
