Good to know
- Whether a stain disappears completely depends on the material, the age of the stain and previous cleaning attempts. Some stains can only be lightened.
- Dyes, for example from red wine or ballpoint pens, have often bonded firmly with the fiber. We will tell you honestly beforehand.

Questions about stain removal
What should I do right after a spill?
Blot the liquid with an absorbent cloth without rubbing. Rubbing pushes the stain deeper into the fibers and spreads it. Avoid harsh household cleaners.
Why did a ring appear after I tried to clean the stain?
When only a small spot gets wet, loosened dirt moves outward as it dries and forms a ring. That is why we usually treat the whole seat panel and extract the moisture.
How long do the seats take to dry?
Because the moisture is extracted, only some residual dampness remains in the fabric. How long it takes depends on the material, temperature and ventilation. We will tell you what to keep in mind when you pick up the car.
Do you also treat stains on leather seats?
Yes, but leather needs a different treatment than fabric. For stubborn soiling and discoloration on leather, we offer our leather treatment service.
