- The result depends heavily on the type of paint, the material and how long the paint has been drying. Fresh water-based paint is usually easier to remove than varnish or nail polish.
- Some paints bond so firmly with fibers or plastic that residue or a shadow may remain. We discuss this with you beforehand.

FAQ
Questions about paint in the interior
What should I do while the paint is still wet?
Lift off as much paint as possible with paper towels, working from the outside in and without rubbing. For water-based paint, gently dabbing with cold water helps. Do not use nail polish remover or thinner, as they can damage plastics and fabrics.
Can dried paint still be removed?
Often at least partly. Dried wall paint can frequently be loosened mechanically and rinsed out, while varnish and nail polish are more difficult. After a test on the vehicle, we will tell you what is realistic.
Do you also remove paint from plastic trim?
Yes, we also treat plastic trim, the center console and door panels. Because some plastics are sensitive to solvents, we test on an inconspicuous spot first.
