Request and package choice
Tell us about your car and its condition via the form, by phone or on WhatsApp. We are happy to look at photos first and recommend the right package.

Drop-off or pick-up
Bring your car to our headquarters in Mainz-Kastel, or we collect it by arrangement for a distance-based surcharge.

Cleaning
We work through your chosen package step by step. If we spot anything that goes beyond it, we check with you before carrying on.

Handover
When you collect your car, we look at the result together and give you tips on keeping the interior clean for longer.

- Package prices are starting prices including VAT and depend on the size of the vehicle. Heavy soiling, such as lots of pet hair, means extra work, which we always agree with you beforehand.
- Very old or deeply set stains cannot always be removed completely. We tell you honestly in advance what is realistic.

FAQ
Questions about interior cleaning
Which package do I need?
Basis is meant for light soiling and takes about 1.5 hours. For medium to heavy soiling we recommend Intensiv with upholstery cleaning, which takes about 2 to 3 hours. Premium also includes paint polishing, among other things, and is ideal before a sale or lease return. Send us a few photos on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.
What if my car is dirtier than expected?
Then we get in touch before we carry on. Extra costs only apply once you have agreed to them.
Do I need to empty the car first?
Please take out personal belongings and valuables beforehand. That way we can reach every spot and nothing goes missing.
Can you collect my car?
Yes, by arrangement and subject to availability we offer pick-up and return, for example from Wiesbaden or Mainz. The surcharge depends on the distance.
